Zdůvodnění návrhu:Lenka is highly driven positive individual, constantly striving to improve time and quality not only for her and her department but also for the rest of her hotel colleges, all Lenkas projects have been effectively executed, 85% of her most recent EET was successfully delivered with a full and supportive training plan, helping the hotel to effectively implement the system without concern, she is instrumental in helping her Manger with all aspects of the department, especially when it comes to staff moral, always looking for new ways to improve the department and the teams retention, with fun activity's making the team spirit as important as delivering the numbers, her knowledge of the new soft wear where critical to a point she new more than the IT guys, this had a massive effect on the sales & reservation department making their working day so much more easier and enjoyable.

DALŠÍ DOPLŇUJÍCÍ INFORMACE: To have an understanding of Lenka and her positive attitude I believe this comes from working as a waitress, whilst putting her self though Zemedelska university, this is where she fell in love with the hospitality industry, and has continued to ensure that she continues to drive and learn something everyday and shares her knowledge with others, At present she is currently mentoring a member of the team who had no experience within thus area, she is now an account receivable at the hotel, Lenka will be a crucial member of the team when the hotel goes through a refurbishment next year, already putting plans, systems and procedures in place to ensure a smooth opening.
